A blank canvass
Got some colors
A blank piece of paper
A few words
to fill it on
with a meandering mind maze
Red or blue or white
color to pick
or positive tone to write
for my background
to shine.

Is it so?
Choosing the right one
for the perfect pic
the right tone
matching phrase to rhyme
or else it will
become a burdening stymie?

Canvass and the verse
both are simple and terse
colors of poetic charms
or charms of artistic rhymes
difficult to cipher
tough to pick either
